PROFESSIONAL RUG REPAIR
Our rug experts have years of experience with all kinds of handcrafted rugs from around the world, including antique rugs, wool rugs, silk rugs, and flat weave rugs, as well as some machine-made options. They will work with you to review the damaged portions of your carpet, explain the necessary repairs, and discuss the cost and timeline, all while offering a home trial service for your convenience.

PROFESSIONAL RUG CLEANING
Every handcrafted rug is closely inspected and cleaned in our on-site cleaning facility using our traditional “wet-wash” method.
After washing, our state-of-the-art hydraulic press extracts excess water from your rug before it is dried in our climate-controlled drying room.
Once drying is complete, we carefully apply finishing touches including brushing the pile, trimming or whitening fringe as needed, and anything else your unique rug may require to look its best.
